How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information easily through “My Metaltis”. Here you can log in your personal account and change your contact details, invoice address, delivery address, subscribe to the newsletter, etc… at all times. 

How long stays my order valid?

Your order stays 14 days valid after you placed it. Does Metaltis not receive payment after 14 days then the order will be automatically annulated. You will be informed about this by email.

Which payment methods do we accept?

Paying in advance through transfer or quick and easy through secured online services? With Metaltis you pay safely all the time. You can choose to pay with BANCONTACT/Mister Cash – VISA – Mastercard – Maestro – American Express – iDEAL – ING Homepay – CBC online – Belfius Direct Net – KBC Online – PayPal and transfer.

I have an urgent order, how do I deal with this?

Metaltis handles your order after the receipt of payment. Do you have an urgent order, then we suggest you pay online via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Bancontact, or IDEAL. Both you and Metaltis receive immediately a confirmation of payment. The processing of a normal bank transfer can take up to three days.

Security is always guaranteed.

How do I pay with Bancontact?

To pay online, your bank needs to be member of this service. But with most banks is this the case.

What you need:

A Digipass: small machine you received from your bank to do online payments.

Your credit card

How does it work?

1.   Submit your order

2.   Select payment method: 'Bancontact' once you're redirected onto the Ogone page.

3.   Enter the name on your bankcard and the card number (17 numbers) and exp date

4.   The system redirects you to your usual online banking environment

5.   You follow the instructions on your screen

6.   After entering your PIN code, you receive an email with the confirmation of your payment

What are IBAN and BIC?

BAN and BIC codes are the uniform structures used within the European Union for account numbers. To be able to refund all payments of our EU clients, we need this IBAN and BIC codes. You can find these numbers on your bank statements, using your online banking software, or just ask it in your local bank branch.
